Terms of Use

These are the reading and use conditions for enviocero.com, published as Envío Cero — The Correspondence Almanac. Continue using the site only on terms you can accept, alongside any rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.

Take an idea to the desk

You may read the pages and try their writing prompts and ordinary stationery suggestions for personal use. The material is general information. A passage about sealing, addressing or paper does not determine the postal rules, material compatibility or conservation treatment appropriate to your situation. Check the primary instructions before acting.

Keep the credit with the words

A link is the simplest way to share an article. Quotations, copies and reuse must respect applicable copyright exceptions and the rights in the particular material. Credit alone does not make a substantial reproduction permissible. Do not republish complete pages or present the almanac’s writing or illustrations as your own. Rights in an old letter, a modern photograph of it and a transcription can be different.

Leave the working marks intact

Do not use this site to impersonate a correspondent, send deceptive messages, distribute harmful code or overwhelm the Contact form. Do not strip attribution in order to fabricate a source, or present an illustrative stamp as an issued stamp. The site may restrict abusive use where lawful. No account, purchase or subscription is required by the custom theme to read a public page.

A note is not a commission

Sending a question does not create a paid engagement, a confidential advisory relationship or a promise of a reply. Send only material you are entitled to disclose. The message can be read and used to handle its subject; publication of a substantial contribution or private letter requires a separate basis or permission. Personal information is handled as described in Privacy.

Leave room for a revised reading

Historical interpretations, external pages and postal requirements can change. The almanac may correct, reorganise or withdraw material. It does not promise uninterrupted availability or that every error will be discovered. External links are references, not a guarantee of the linked publisher’s accuracy or conduct. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site does not accept liability for losses arising from reliance on general reading or third-party material; mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

The Disclaimer adds context for postal history and desk practice. For an access problem or a question about these conditions, send a note identifying the relevant page or use.
